Delivery guys left a huge black stain on our carpet. I called and they got back with me immediately and scheduled for the next day. They were here on time and finished in a very timely manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

These guys are the absolute best! When our house flooded they were able to come out same day and start the process and kept me informed on the progress every day! Because they got to us so quick we didn't have as nearly as much damage as we could have. They are so thorough and do and do a great job.

We recently chose Reliable Floor Care Plus to shampoo our 2 bedroom apartment. Remy Reeder was the employee who showed up to our front door and immediately greeted me with a smile, a handshake, and a business card. He was very professional and polite. I had an 11 month old here with me the whole time who didn't leak a single cry. She felt just as safe as I did. The job was done in a timely manner, very precise and efficiently done. He was in and out quickly while still getting the job done correctly and left the carpet immaculate! I recommend them to any home!

Flood

We had a massive flood in our basement and Of course it happened after 5:00 pm.Remy rushed right over and began removing the water. He had to return daily for the next 5 days to check the progress and got everything completely dried out. And they worked with my insurance company for compensation. I would highly recommend this company. Very professional and courteous. Thank you for all of your help.

We have used Reliable Floor Care on many occasions and I have to say they are by far the best around. Their employees and extremely polite and knowledgeable. When the job is complete the carpets are fresh clean and look fantastic. You do not have to wait around all day as they will send you a message making you aware they are in route. Just Fantastic!
